After completion of each phase, the preceding phases <br /> should be re-evaluated. All costs have been conservative estimates. <br /> PHASE I <br /> Item Cost <br /> Fencing expansion $9,000.00 <br /> Warning track 2,000.00 <br /> Re-turfing by slit seeding with topsoil 4,000.00 <br /> Sodding infield areas 2,500.00 <br /> Relocate bleachers, level berm 527.00 (in-kind) <br /> Relocate pathway 1,000.00 <br /> Sprinkling system 14,000.00 <br /> Equipment shed 800.00 <br /> $33,300.00 <br /> Staff recommends that Phase I should be implemented as soon as possible with <br /> whatever funding currently available. After items of Phase I are completed, Phase II <br /> should be re-evaluated. <br /> PHASE II <br /> Item Cost <br /> Replacement of backstop $ 4,500.00 <br /> Netting 1,500.00 <br /> Batting cages (2) 5,000.00 <br /> $11,000.00 <br /> On completion of Phase II, the items of Phase III should be re-evaluated. <br />
