MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 158-86 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION REGARDING VARIANCE REQUEST BY RONALD O'CONNELL <br /> ( 2296 TERRACE DRIVE) , MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 187-86 <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. O'Connell has applied for a variance to <br /> construct an addition to his house closer to the property line <br /> than the City Code allows; and <br /> WHEREAS , this addition is proposed to he 14 feet from the <br /> west property line; and <br /> WHEREAS , this property ( 2296 Terrace Drive ) is a corner <br /> lot; and <br /> 11111 WHEREAS , the setback requirement is 30 feet; and <br /> house has a 14 foot sideyard <br /> WHEREAS, the existing y <br /> setback ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the neighborhood is unique in that the houses <br /> were constructed with 14 foot sideyard setbacks and this setback <br /> will be a continuation of the character of the neighborhood; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission grants a 16 foot variance from the sideyard <br /> setback requirement on the west property line at 2296 Terrace <br /> Drive . <br /> Adopted this 5th day of March, 1986. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> • Clerk-Administrator <br />
