RESOLUTION NO. 157-86 <br /> • PAGE TWO OF TWO <br /> WHEREAS , a house cannot be constructed on Lot 9 <br /> without installing the fill; and <br /> WHEREAS , the fill will, not have a substantial or <br /> significant effect upon the ecology or hydrology of the <br /> wetland; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission recommends ammending the wetland zoning <br /> district map per attachment #1 ; <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br /> Commission recommends granting a wetland alteration permit <br /> to fill the wetland a maximum of 0. 04 acres in area to a <br /> maximum depth of 1/2 foot; <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br /> Commission recommends approval of the request by Marcella <br /> Rybak to subdivide the land as presented in the drawings <br /> received by the City on March 12, 1986, contingent on the <br /> following : <br /> 4111 1 . Approval by Rice Creek Watershed Distrct. <br /> 2. The filling shall begin within 12 months from the <br /> date of issuance of the permit per City Code <br /> Chapter 48 . 06, Subd . D( 5 ) . <br /> 3 .
