Call to <br /> by Acting Chairman Anderson at 7: 30 PM on Wednesday, Order <br /> May 7 , 1986. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Zollner, Miller and 2. Roll Call <br /> Forslund, and Acting Chairman Anderson. <br /> It was noted that Chairman Mountin had an excused <br /> absence. <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Public Works/Community Development <br /> Director Thatcher. <br /> Motion/Second: Forslund/Zollner to approve the April 3. Approval of <br /> 1986 minutes as corrected. Minutes: <br /> April 2 , 1986 <br /> 11Payes 0 nays <br /> Motion Carried <br /> Mayor Linke inquired how long it would be before the 4. Residents <br /> Planning Commission was finished with their review of Requests and <br /> the Wuornos report on Chapters 6 and 12. He stated Comments from <br /> it is one of the Council' s top priorities and they the Floor I <br /> would like to get it from the Planning Commission <br /> as soon as possible. <br /> Commissioner Zollner reviewed the timeframe set by <br /> the Commissioners, and stated that they should be <br /> completed with it by mid-May. <br /> Mayor Linke informed the Commissioners that the <br /> Council will be discussing the garbage hauler <br /> situation on May 27 , and invited them to join, if <br /> they would like to. <br /> Mayor Linke reminded the Commissioners that May 10 <br /> is clean-up day for the City. <br /> Illiayor Linke reported the Council had just had an <br /> ecutive session on the airport, and they have <br /> cheduled a public information meeting for May 19 , <br /> to bring the citizens up to date on what is happening. <br />
