RESOLUTION NO. 174-86 <br /> PAGE TWO OF TWO <br /> WHEREAS, the variance request is the minimum variance <br /> which would alleviate the hardship; and <br /> WHEREAS, the variance is not materially detrimental to the <br /> City Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, Lot Nos. 1 , 15 and 16 shall have front yard <br /> setback of 44 feet, 58 feet and 58 feet, respectively; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission recommends approval of the request by Chuck <br /> Cook to subdivide the land as presented in the drawings received <br /> by the City on September 25, 1986, contingent upon approval from <br /> Rice Creek Watershed District; <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br /> Commission grants a 10 foot side yard setback variance for Lot <br /> No. 2; <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br /> Commission directs staff to forward this resolution to the City <br /> Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> • Adopted this 15th day of October, 1986. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> A(,/deel-1 .
