Call to <br /> order by Chairman Mountin at 7: 35 PM on Order <br /> Wednesday, November 12 , 1986. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Zollner, Miller, 2. Roll Call <br /> Saunders and Chairman Mountin. <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Councilmember Blanchard. <br /> It was noted that Director Thatcher was absent duetoill- <br /> ness , and_Commisioner Forslund had-an excused absence. <br /> Chairman Mountin welcomed Eric Saunders to the <br /> Planning Commission and had him sign the oath of <br /> office. She asked that Director Thatcher see that <br /> 0 Mr. Saunders receives a copy of the Comp Plan, <br /> Chapter 40 , Chapter 32, the Gunner Isberg book, <br /> "Planning in Minnesota" , and the Planning <br /> Commission bylaws. <br /> Motion/Second: Miller/Zollner to table approval 3.
