K. <br /> ( c ) Approval from Ramsey County .for curb cut. <br /> (d ) Payment of all City expenses above and beyond <br /> amounts previously submitted . <br /> (e ) Other items as may be . required by the City <br /> Council . <br /> (f ) F. and I . pedestrian curb ramps for sidewalk at <br /> curb cuts. <br /> (g) Super America shall provide a ten foot wide <br /> easement on the north side of 'the site for a <br /> right turn lane for the intersection of Highway <br /> 10 and County Road I . <br /> ( h) Developer shall install soil erosion control as <br /> directed by City Engineer. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br /> Commission recommends approval of a conditional use permit to <br /> include the following: <br /> ( 1 ) The hours of operation shall be 24 hours. After one <br /> year of operation, the City shall hold a public <br /> hearing to solicit input on the hours of operation . <br /> If there are many negative comments, the hours of <br /> operation may be reduced . <br /> ( 2 ) Outside loud speakers shall be utilized only for <br /> clearing pumps. <br /> (3 ) Outside merchandising shall be confined to the <br /> concrete entrance slab. Outside merchandise stacking <br /> shall not exceed 4 feet in height. <br /> ( 4 ) The single pedestal sign shall be located as shown on <br /> the drawings. <br /> ( 5 ) If the business closes and is not reopened within one <br /> year, the conditional use permit is null and void and <br /> the underground tanks shall be removed . <br />
