Consideration <br /> of Resolution <br /> Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported the applicant has No. 180-87 <br /> paid all fees to date, and he will contact Mr. Cook if <br /> the Planning Commission approves this request, and ask <br /> him to appear at the public hearing. Mr. Filippi also <br /> reviewed the planned berming and screening, and he <br /> stated that all revisions discussed tonight would be <br /> incorporated into the plan and the drawings updated. <br /> He added they plan on erecting a 6 ' high wooden <br /> privacy fence along the property line of the station. <br /> There was discussion among the Commissioners of <br /> concerns with the use of wooden fences and problems <br /> with their upkeep. It was agreed they would prefer <br /> to see more plantings and berming used, if possible. <br /> Mr. Filippi stated they would be willing to replace <br /> the fence with a 2 ' berm, with closely spaced <br />
