Mounds View Planning Commission April 1, 1987 <br /> Regular Meeting Page Three <br /> • There was a brief discussion on the hours of operation, <br /> and the Planning Commission asked Staff to provide them <br /> with the information of the hours and criteria that was <br /> used for K-Gas, as well as prepare a resolution regarding <br /> the request. <br /> Mr . Filippi asked what criteria was used in determining <br /> hours of operation, and he asked for performance based <br /> standards so they could address any problems with the <br /> hours of operation. <br /> Clerk/Administrator Pauley replied there is nothing to <br /> provide , and the City has not done so in the past. He <br /> also advised the Planning Commission to look at what they <br /> have done in the past and remain consistent. <br /> Chairman Mountin stated the Planning Commission would <br /> address the development again in two weeks, at their <br /> April 15 agenda session. <br /> A representative from Amoco Oil stated he was concerned <br /> with the timeframe, and asked for an idea of when they <br /> would get the go-ahead or denial, as he has other clients <br /> to consider and work with regarding that site. <br /> Chairman Mountin stated they will not be calling to order <br /> • until the May 6 , 1987 meeting, and she expects that action <br /> will be taken at that time. <br /> Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained the Council will set <br /> a public hearing, and if the Planning Commission approves <br /> the development at their May 6 meeting, the Council will <br /> set the hearing at their May 11 meeting, and hold the <br /> hearing on May 25, and they could possibly take action at <br /> that time. He added that all the proper permits will have <br /> to be filed with the various agencies, and he suggested <br /> the developer be working on those now. He added the City <br /> cannot issue a building permit until all the other permits <br /> are issued. <br /> It was noted there was no one present from Pump and 6.
