MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 188-87 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING <br /> CASE 208-87, GREG JOHNSON, 2865 TRUNK HIGHWAY 10 REZONING <br /> FROM R1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO RO RESIDENTIAL OFFICE <br /> WHEREAS , Gregory Johnson, 2865 Trunk Highway 10 has requested <br /> approval of the rezoning of said property from R1 Single Family <br /> Residential to RO Residential Office ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the rezoning request although not consistent with <br /> the Comprehensive Plan is considered to be in the best interest <br /> of the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the rezoning is consistent with the future intent of <br /> the City as it relates to uses of property along the corridor of <br /> Trunk Highway 10; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that the <br /> • rezoning request is in the best interest of the City. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br /> Commission recommends amendment of the City' s Comprehensive Land <br /> Use Plan to designate this property as High Density Residential <br /> and approve the rezoning of the property from R1 Single Family <br /> Residential to RO Residential Office. <br /> Adopted this 3rd day of June, 1987. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Chairman <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Clerk-Administrator <br />
