Mounds View <br /> Planning Case <br /> John Ruggieri reviewed the landscaping planned for the No. 86-199 <br /> development. <br /> Mr. Nelson stated they are . only one week away from <br /> the completion of the EIS, and they hope to move <br /> very quickly to final publication of it, as they are <br /> racing the clock to begin construction this fall. <br /> Dave Putnam, the engineering consultant, reviewed <br /> the proposed public improvements for the project. <br /> Chairman Mountin stated she was concerned with the <br /> berming being put in first, with the landscaping <br /> being put in place, to minimize impact of the con,struc- <br /> •tion disturbance as much as possible from the neighbor- <br /> hood residents. <br /> Mr. Putnam stated the berming will be formed when the <br /> grading is done, but until the utilities have all been <br />
