She <br /> explained that the public hearing scheduled for <br /> August 24 had to be postponed until September 14, <br /> due to insufficient notification of affected <br /> property owners. <br /> Chairman Mountin reported .she had received a call 7 . Chairman' s <br /> from Paul Fedor, regarding a garage he would like Report <br /> to build behind his store, which isnot allowed by <br /> Code. She suggested to him he could do a Code <br /> appeal, but he didn't care to, and he asked that <br /> the Planning Commission consider the garage issue again. <br /> Chairman Mountin reported she had received a call <br /> from John Miller, regarding a conditional use permit <br /> for the sale of gas on his property at the North Star <br /> Industrial Park, and she indicated to him he would <br /> need a primary use before a conditional use permit <br /> could be considered. <br /> The attendees at the August 19 agenda session were <br /> Commissioners Miller, Zoller, Saunders and Chairman <br /> and Clerk/Administrator Pauley, with <br /> •Mountin, <br /> Commmissioners Burgers and Forslund having excused <br /> absenses. <br /> Chairman Mountin adjourned the me-tin, at 8: = A 'M. 8.
