She asked <br /> that the developer provide the site plan, landscaping <br /> plan, including site lines, drainage plan and signage <br /> plan for the agenda session. <br /> Mr. Ficktel stated he will have the information to <br /> the City by November 13, so that it can be included <br /> with the Planning Commission packet. <br /> Chairman Mountin stated that if the Planning Commission <br /> has everything they need to make their decision, they <br /> will call to order and take action on November 18. <br /> Planner Herman reported the TJB Company proposal was 6. Staff Report <br /> approved by the City .Council, and the city engineer <br /> is now reviewing the water main hook-up plan as submitted. <br /> Planner Herman also reported a subdivision request <br /> had come before the Planning Commission at the last <br /> agenda session, and she did some preliminary research <br /> into the figures the real estate agent presented re- <br /> •garding lots in the City that do not meet the square <br /> footage requirements, and the..:majority that she has <br /> checked into so far were platted before the Code came <br /> into effect. <br /> Chairman Mountin noted that a special allowance has <br /> been made for lots .that were .platted before 1960 , and <br /> for a substandard size lot to be approved now, there <br /> would have to be a hardship demonstrated and uniqueness <br /> to the lot. <br /> library for Ramsey County has been tabled by the Report <br /> County Commissioners, and it appears now that the <br /> Council' s of the cities involved will put together a <br /> resolution encouraging one plan, in the hopes of <br /> guiding the County Commissioners in one direction. <br /> Commissioner Miller inquired about the construction <br /> being done on County Road I, and in particular why <br /> the digging was so deep by Jackson. <br /> Councilmember Wuori explained that work was planned <br /> for this fall, but they will not be able to finish the <br /> cement work, so a temporary blacktop surface will be <br /> "'put down for this winter. She explained the hole was <br /> so deep as the pipe is buried that low, about 60 `. down. <br />
