MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 214-88 410 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION FINDING THE PROPOSAL FOR DESIGNATION OF MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 3, TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 3 AND PROPOSAL FOR APPROVAL AND ADOPTION OF THE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS AND TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLANS RELATING THERETO TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View ( the "City" ) has ( a) proposed designation of Municipal Development District No. 3 ( the "Development District" ) ; (b) proposed establishment of a Tax Increment Financing District No. 3 (the "Tax Increment Districts" ) located within the Development District, all located within the jurisdictional limits of the City; and ( c) proposed the creation of a Development Program ( the "Development Program" ) and Tax Increment Financing Plan ( the "Financing Plan" ) relating thereto, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469. 124 to 469. 134, inclusive, and Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469. 174 to 469. 179, inclusive; and • WHEREAS, the Development Program and Financing Plan have been submitted to the Mounds View Planning Commission pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469 . 126 , Subd . 1, and Minnesota Statutes, Section 469. 175, Subd . 3 (3 ) ; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the proposed Development Program and Financing Plan to determine the consistency of the Development Program and Financing Plan to the Comprehensive Plan of the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mounds View Planning Commission that the Development Program and Financing Plan are consistent with the Mounds View Comprehensive Plan and the Commission recommends approval of the Development Program and Financing Plan to the Mounds View City Council.
