Call to <br /> by Chairman Mountin at 7 : 40 PM on Wednesday, March 2 , Order <br /> 1988 . <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Burgers, Saunders, 2 . Roll Call <br /> Zollner, Miller, Peters and Chairman Mountin. <br /> It was noted that Commissioner Simons was absent due <br /> to illness. <br /> ALSO PRESENT: City Planner Herman and Councilmember <br /> Wuori. <br /> Motion/Second: Zollner/Burgers to a rove the February approve 3. Approval of <br /> 3 , 1988 minutes as presented, and the February 17 , 1988 Minutes : <br /> 4111inutes as corrected. She added that she had spoken with of Resolution <br /> Dan Boxrud regarding the drainage work to be done when No . 211-88 <br /> the new lot is built on, and she explained the easements <br /> that would be provided. <br /> It was clarified that the easements and required swale <br /> will be included in the development agreement. A building <br /> permit will be issued contingent upon constructing the <br /> swale. <br /> • <br />
