She added that she had spoken with of Resolution <br /> Dan Boxrud regarding the drainage work to be done when No . 211-88 <br /> the new lot is built on, and she explained the easements <br /> that would be provided. <br /> It was clarified that the easements and required swale <br /> will be included in the development agreement. A building <br /> permit will be issued contingent upon constructing the <br /> swale. <br /> • <br />
