Call to Order <br /> order by Chairman Mountin at 7 : 36 PM on Wednesday, <br /> March 16, 1988 . <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Saunders, Zollner, 2. Roll Call <br /> Peters, Simons, Miller and Mountin. <br /> It was noted that Commissioner Burgers had an <br /> excused absence. <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Councilmember Wuori and City Planner <br /> Herman. <br /> • There were no residents requests or comments from 3 . Residents <br /> the floor. Requests and <br /> Comments from <br /> the Floor <br /> It was noted there was no one present to represent 4 , Consideration <br /> the developer. of Resolution <br /> No. 217-88 <br /> Planner Herman reviewed the memo of March 16 from Regarding <br /> Barr Engineering regarding their evaluation of the Dynamic <br /> level of compliance of the Dynamic Designers proposal Designers <br /> with Chapters 48 , 49 and 49A of the City Code, and Variance Request <br /> the six areas of potential conflict which they <br /> identified. <br /> Planner Herman noted there is a discrepancy between <br /> the lot size scaled off on the site plan dated <br /> January 12, 1988 and that of the Ramsey County <br /> records. She explained that could have occurred <br /> due to the number of times copies have been made <br /> on top of one another. She explained, however, that <br /> the property is still approximately 28 , 000 square <br /> feet, which still cannot equal two lots of 20, 000 <br /> square feet. <br /> • Chairman Mountin stated that when the figures do <br /> not match, they cannot deal in specifics. <br />
