Consideration <br /> correspondence of June 17 to the City Council and of Resolution <br /> Planning Commission, clarifying issues previously No. 229-88 <br /> brought up in the discussion of the proposed Green- Regarding <br /> field Estates development. Greenfield <br /> Estates Preli- <br /> Mr. Sabee reported that in addrssing the May 31, minary Plat <br /> 1988 letter from the developer regarding requirements <br /> for lot size, lot width, setbacks and so forth for <br /> developments within the wetland zone, they reviewed <br /> three different ordinances, from the City of Chanhassen, <br /> the State Shoreland and Floodplain Management Regula- <br /> tions and Nine Mile Bluff Creek Regulations, and found <br /> Sthem to be similarly restrictive with those of Mounds View, <br /> and he reviewed the various requirements. <br />
