Consideration <br /> the applicant. of Draft Ordi- <br /> nance Regarding <br /> City Planner Herman reported she had no additional Code Appeal <br /> information to present to the Planning Commission. and Resolution <br /> No. 232-88 for <br /> Motion/Second: Zollner/Saunders to adopt Ordinance 2548 Highway 10 <br /> No. 448, amending the Municipal Code of Mounds View <br /> by amending Chapter 40 entitled "Zoning" , and adopt <br /> Resolution No. 232-88 , recoluunending approval of a <br /> conditional use permit for a pet store at 2548 <br /> Highway 10, Silver View Plaza. <br /> 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> City Planner Herman reported she had no additional 8 . Consideration <br /> information to present to the Planning Commission. of Resolution <br /> No. 233-88 , <br /> Jim and Linda Philippi, of North Star Engineering, Conditional Use <br /> reported they were representing the applicant. Permit Request <br /> by Amoco Oil <br /> City Planner Herman clarified that she had spoken Company, 2155 <br /> with the City Engineer concerning the blower issue, Highway Avenue, <br /> and since it was required at a similar business at Planning Case <br /> Highway 10 and Silver Lake Road, and there are No. 241-88 <br /> enough similarities between the two, it should be <br /> required here. <br /> Chairman Mountin clarified the issue of stacking <br /> is no longer an issue, as it has been cleared up <br /> with the City Engineer, who now considers it <br /> acceptable. <br /> City Planner Herman clarified the number of parking <br /> spaces which would be required. <br /> Mr. Philippi stated they feel the primary exit will <br /> be out onto Highway 10, and the increased distance <br /> from the exit, along with the additional cycle time, <br /> •will allow more water to drip off the cars, and they <br /> do not feel a dryer is necessary. Other that than <br /> issue, they have no objections to the Commissions <br /> Resolution. <br />
