MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 230-88 <br /> • CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION, <br /> 8205 GROVELAND ROAD, PLANNING CASE NO. 244-88 <br /> WHEREAS, Richard Oman, 8205 Groveland Road, has requested <br /> approval of a minor subdivision dividing the western 100 feet of <br /> his lot from the existing lot; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br /> applicant ' s request for a minor subdivision and determines that <br /> it is not in conformance with Chapters 40 and 42 of the City <br /> Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the <br /> subdivision would not allow for two lots which meet the <br /> definition of a lot under 40. 02, Subdivision B(57 ) ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the newly created lot will not allow for any <br /> street frontage for the existing home and subsequent lot. <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning <br /> Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends denial of the <br /> minor subdivision request by Richard Oman. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br /> directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council <br /> prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> Adopted this 17th day of August, 1988. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Ch"ai m <br /> (SEAL) <br /> City Planner <br /> • <br />
