MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 240-88 <br /> IIICITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION, <br /> PAUL R. NEWCOMB, 8085 WOODLAWN DRIVE, <br /> PLANNING CASE NO. 255-88 <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Paul R. Newcomb, 8085 Woodlawn Drive, has <br /> requested approval of a minor subdivision dividing his lot into <br /> two lots; one lot 75 ' x 150 ' and the other 100 ' x 150 ' ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br /> applicant ' s request for a minor subdivision and determines that <br /> it is in conformance with Chapters 40 and 42 of the City Code. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning <br /> Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends approval of the <br /> minor subdivision request by Mr. Newcomb contingent upon <br /> the following: <br /> 1 ) Providing the City with appropriate title abstracts <br /> and recording those abstracts with Ramsey County. <br /> a2 ) That a driveway be constructed on the remaining lot to <br /> afford accessibility to the lot within one year of <br /> recording of the subdivision. <br /> 3 ) The garage on the newly created lot be removed or a <br /> house built on the premises within one year of <br /> recording of the subdivision. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br /> directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council <br /> prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> Adopted this 7th day of December, 1988. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> 40 / - :/i g/7 e'7i2z7A ' ---- . <br /> /(/ <br /> Chair <br /> an <br /> (SEAL) <br /> III City Planner <br />
