MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> 411 RESOLUTION NO. 241-89 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION, <br /> HARVEY PORATH, 7100 KNOLLWOOD DRIVE, <br /> PLANNING CASE NO. 258-88 <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Harvey Porath, 7100 Knollwood Drive, has <br /> requested approval of a minor subdivision dividing his lot into <br /> two lots; one lot 75 ' x 170 ' and the other 125 ' x 170 ' ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br /> applicant ' s request for a minor subdivision and determines that <br /> it is in conformance with Chapters 40 and 42 of the City Code. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning <br /> Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends approval of the <br /> minor subdivision request by Mr . Porath contingent upon the <br /> following: <br /> 1 ) Providing the City with appropriate title abstracts <br /> 410 and recording those abstracts with Ramsey County. <br /> 2 ) The garage currently located on the existing lot be <br /> moved or removed to meet the 5 feet side yard setback <br /> within one year of recording of the subdivision. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br /> directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council <br /> prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> Adopted this 4th day of January, 1989. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> dy/d-c-etdi,(SEAL) <br /> City Planner <br /> S <br />
