Call to <br /> order by Chair Mountin at 7:35 PM on Wednesday, Order <br /> March 1, 1989. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Alman, Burgers, 2. Roll Call <br /> Dian, Miller, Saunders, Zollner and Chair Mountin. <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Clerk/Administrator Pauley and Council- <br /> member Wuori . <br /> Motion/Second: Burgers/Alman to approve the February 3. Approval of <br /> 1, 1989 minutes as presented. Minutes: <br /> February 1, <br /> 7 ayes 0 nays 1989 <br /> • Motion Carried <br /> There were no residents requests or comments from 4. Residents Re- <br /> the floor. quests and <br /> Comments <br /> Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained the intent of 5. Consideration <br /> proposed Resolution No. 244-89, concering Tax of Resolution <br /> Increment Financing District #3, for the SYSCO No. 244-89 <br /> project.
