Consideration <br /> present. of Resolution <br /> No. 250-89 <br /> City Planner Hren explained the Planning Commission <br /> has heard most of the items before, and the pro- <br /> posed resolution has been revised since their last <br /> review, and they have added the finding of fact <br /> that the Planning Commission determines the <br /> criteria for a conditional use permit is met, and <br /> • <br /> if it is met, the project would be assumed. <br />
