Mounds View Planning Commission May 10, 1989 <br /> Regular Meeting Page Two <br /> 40 City Planner Hren reported Clerk/Administrator Pauley 7. Consideration <br /> had spoken to the applicant, and they have agreed to of Resolution <br /> paint the building in earth tones, but they felt the No. 248-89 <br /> brick facade was too much. She also stated they have <br /> made improvements to the landscaping. <br /> Motion/Second: Burgers/Zollner to adopt Resolution <br /> No. 248-89, regarding the conditional use permit <br /> request by Metropolitan Waste Control Commission for <br /> 2345 County Road H, Planning Case No. 230-87, and <br /> waive the reading. <br /> 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Chair Mountin asked that in the future, site plan <br /> drawings should be referenced as an exhibit as part <br /> of a resolution, and it should be the one accepted <br /> by the City with the time/date stamp on it. <br /> It was noted there was no one present to represent 8. Consideration <br /> the applicant. of Resolution <br /> No. 249-89 <br /> City Planner Hren reported both lots meet R-1 <br /> standards. The City Engineer has looked at the <br /> • site plan. It was noted the rear lot lines will <br /> not line up, and the Planning Commission must <br /> decide if they foresee a street there in the future, <br /> since there is room for one. <br /> Chair Mountin explained the Community has rejected <br /> attempts to subdivide down the back. She added <br /> there are many diverse lot lines in Mounds View. <br /> Motion/Second: Miller/Burgers to adopt Resolution <br /> No. 249-89, regarding the minor subdivision <br /> request by Josephine Huhne, 8406 Red Oak Drive, <br /> 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> It was noted the applicants for the project were 9. Consideration <br /> present. of Resolution <br /> No. 250-89 <br /> City Planner Hren explained the Planning Commission <br /> has heard most of the items before, and the pro- <br /> posed resolution has been revised since their last <br /> review, and they have added the finding of fact <br /> that the Planning Commission determines the <br /> criteria for a conditional use permit is met, and <br /> • <br /> if it is met, the project would be assumed. <br />
