Ms. Hren <br /> reviewed the proposed resolution and changes made <br /> to it since the Planning Commission last reviewed it. <br /> Mr. Read stated he had no questions or comments. <br /> Motion/Second: Zollner/Dian to adopt Resolution <br /> No. 255-89, recommending approval of a conditional <br /> use permit for Michael Read to construct an oversized <br /> accessory building at 2208 Lois Drive, Planning Case <br /> No. 267-89, and waive the reading. <br /> 6 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Chair Mountin advised the request will be reviewed <br /> by the Council at their July 17 agenda session, with <br /> a public hearing scheduled for July 24. <br /> It was noted the applicant, Michael Flaws, was 6.
