COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MAJOR SUBDIVISION <br /> FOR MICHAEL MEZZENGA, APPROXIMATELY 8140/8212 LONG LAKE <br /> ROAD, PLANNING CASE NO. 256-88 <br /> WHEREAS, Michael Mezzenga has requested approval of a <br /> major subdivision for the property located at approximately 8140 <br /> /8212 Long Lake Road, legally known as : <br /> EXCEPT WEST 2112 FEET AND EXCEPT EAST 315 FEET OF NORTH <br /> 172. 5 FEET THE NORTH 405 FEET OF SOUTH 810 FEET OF <br /> NORTHEAST 1/4 SUBJECT OT ROAD IN SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 30, <br /> RANGE 23 <br /> WHEREAS, the site plan is shown as Attachment A and dated <br /> December 7, 1988; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br /> applicant ' s request for a major subdivision that includes three <br /> (3 ) single family lots and one (1 ) outlot and determines that it <br /> is in conformance with all applicable chapters of the City Code; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has preliminarily <br /> • discussed the potential concept development of Outlot A <br /> and the upgrading of Greenwood Drive; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has prelimnarily <br /> discussed the potential development of Outlot A upgrading <br /> Greenwood Drive and subdividing the back portion of the lots <br /> fronting on Eastwood and decided to continue discussing the <br /> development of the back area as a seperate issue. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning <br /> Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends approval of the <br /> major subdivision request by Michael Mezzenga contingent upon the <br /> following: <br /> 1 ) Providing the City with appropriate title abstracts <br /> for each lot and outlot and recording those abstracts <br /> with Ramsey County. <br /> 2 ) All requirements of the City Engineer are complied <br /> with as outlined in City Engineer ' s memo dated <br /> June 16, 1989 and attached hereto. <br /> 3 ) The Park Dedication requirements are satisfactorily <br /> met . <br /> • <br />
