RESOLUTION NO. 260-89 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE PUD AMENDMENT REQUEST BY EVEREST DEVELOPMENT FOR MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK SOUTH WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the request by Everest Development for a planned unit development (PUD) amendment to the already approved PUD site plans for the Mounds View Business Park South project ; and WHEREAS, the revised site plan is shown as Exhibit A and dated July 31, 1989; and WHEREAS, the changes involve an expansion of Building I and reduction of Buildings H and J; and WHEREAS, the proposed building square footages are as follows : Building H 67,463 Building I 154, 118 Building J 65, 274 and; WHEREAS, the proposed amendment increases parking by 30 stalls for a total of 463 stalls which includes 12 handicapped • parking stalls; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission approves deferral of upgrading the 33 parking stalls on the south drive (southeast side from the end of the retaining wall moving south towards County Road H) until such time the City deems necessary; and WHEREAS, the proposed amendment meets the intent of the original PUD site plan; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the revised landscaping plans which calls for the same quantity of landscape materials on the site and found that the landscape plan meets the intent of the original landscape plan. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends to the City Council approval of the proposed PUD amendment as requested. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Commission directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council prior to approval of the minutes. Adopted this 2nd day of August, 1989.
