RESOLUTION NO. 269-89 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION <br /> (LOT COMBINATION) FOR TYSON TRUCKING, 4525 MUSTANG CIRCLE, <br /> PLANNING CASE NO. 259-89 <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the minor <br /> subdivision request which involves a lot combination of four (4) <br /> parcels located at 4825 Mustang Circle, legally known as Mounds <br /> View Industrial Park No. 3, Block 1, Lots 4, 5, 6 and 7; and <br /> WHEREAS, the lot combination would make this property one <br /> (1 ) buildable lot ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br /> Certificate of Survey and determines that it meets the <br /> requirements of Chapter 42 entitled, "Subdivision Regulations" . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning <br /> Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends to the City <br /> Council approval of the requested minor subdivision contingent <br /> upon: <br /> • 1. The minor subdivision shall be reviewed and approved <br /> by the City Engineer . <br /> 2.
