Upon making a decision and <br /> applying for the building permit, they discovered it <br /> had just expired. They are ready to go ahead with <br /> construction and are facing a deadline with weather <br /> for construction. He stated they are asking for <br /> renewal of the permit with all conditions originally <br /> set, and they are willing to build the facility just <br /> the way the Planning Commission wants it. <br /> Ms. Hren explained a public hearing will be required <br /> at the Council level . <br /> Chair Mountin reviewed some of the major issues that <br /> were discussed at the time the original permit was <br /> granted, including traffic flow, stacking patterns, <br /> timing, and use of blowers. <br /> It was noted that a masonary enclosure for the <br /> dumpsters will be included at the time of construction. <br /> Motion/Second: Miller/Jones to approve Resolution <br /> 0 No. 268-89 recommending approval of a conditional <br /> use permit for Amoco Oil Company, 2155 Highway Avenue, <br /> Planning Case No. 241-88, and waive the reading. <br /> 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
