MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 267-89 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF MOUNDS VIEW SQUARE <br /> DEVELOPMENT STAGE AND FINAL STAGE PLAN REVIEW OF A <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT/PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR A <br /> HARDEES CONVENIENCE FOOD RESTAURANT, PLANNING CASE NO. 276-89 <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br /> requested partial rezoning from B-4 to B-3, conditional use <br /> permit/planned unit development to allow more than one principal <br /> building on the site and a conditional use permit for the <br /> convenience food restaurant to be located at the Mounds View <br /> Square Shopping Center site (PIN 07-30-23-11-0001 ) ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended to the <br /> City Council approval of the request as described above per <br /> Resolution No. 265-89 approved on the 20th day of September, <br /> 1989; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br /> development and final stage plans; and <br /> • WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that <br /> the proposed rezoning is in conformance with the Comprehen- <br /> sive Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that <br /> the development stage and final stage plans are in conformance <br /> with the concept plan already approved; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the revised <br /> landscaping plan submitted September 27, 1989; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has- reviewed City <br /> Forester. Wriskey' s memo regarding the revised landscaping plan <br /> dated September. 28, 1989, and determined that additional <br /> landscaping is required; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the lighting <br /> plan and has determined that it is acceptable; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the sign <br /> plan and has determined that it is acceptable. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning <br /> Commission recommends to the City Council approval of the <br /> development stage and final stage plan review for the conditional <br /> use permit/planned unit development for the convenience food <br /> restaurant with drive-through facilities contingent upon: <br />
