RESOLUTION NO. 277-90 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has provided the information <br /> PP <br /> required by Chapter 40. 24, Subd. E(1) , general concept stage; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the Concept <br /> Plan taking into consideration Chapter 40. 24, Subd. D(2) ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the on-site <br /> circulation, there being no public streets or pedestrianways <br /> proposed; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the location <br /> and extent of the ponding areas proposed; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the land use <br /> proposed and recognizes it is appropriate given the site zoning <br /> and is in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning <br /> Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends rezoning the <br /> area in question to PUD and recommends approval of the concept <br /> stage of the PUD contingent upon the following: <br /> 1. Permits from the Rice Creek Watershed District, Army <br /> Corps of Engineers, and Department of Natural <br /> Resources are applied for and approved. <br /> • 2. The applicant present alternative site plans <br /> addressing the following: <br /> a) Alignment of Jackson Drive with the most westerly <br /> driveway. <br /> b) Access between sites must be evaluated. <br /> c) Truck traffic along County Road H-2 must be <br /> evaluated. <br /> d) The applicant pursue control of site access to <br /> Woodale Drive. <br /> 3.
