Requests <br /> • <br /> City Planner Hren reported the Planning Commission 5. Consideration <br /> had discussed the variance request of the applicant of Resolution <br /> at the last agenda session, and the applicant has No. 285-90 <br /> presented a hardship statement. Regarding <br /> Variance Request <br /> Tom Plumb, 7359 Park View Terrace, explained his by Tom Plumb, <br /> hardship statement is based on four points. His 7359 Park View <br /> lot has a curved frontage, which required additional Terrace, <br /> setback, and is only one of three lots in this Planning Case <br /> development with a curved front, with his lot being No. 293-90 <br /> the smallest of the three and also being the only <br /> one unable to build an addition without a variance. <br /> Mr. Plumb stated he does not have a feasible alter- <br /> native for placement of this addition on his home. <br /> He also added he has the support of all his immediate <br /> neighbors . <br />
