Ms. Hren reported <br /> the neighbors have indicated they would prefer to <br /> have the paved surface as opposed to crushed rock. <br /> Raymond Vandeveer, brother of the applicant, was <br /> noted as present. <br /> Motion/Second: Mountin/Jones to take this item <br /> off the agenda, as a variance is not required, <br /> due to grandfathered conditions, and recommend <br /> the contractor be assessed double fees for not <br /> taking out a permit before beginning work, and <br /> the additional fees are not to be passed on to <br /> the property owner. <br /> 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
