It was further clarified that City Engineer Minetor had reviewed and approved of the storm drainage plan for the area. The Planning Commission reviewed proposed Resolu- tion No. 302-90, adding that approval would be contingent upon approval of Rice Creek Watershed District for the drainage plan, and approval of the landscaping plan by the City Forester. Motion/Second: Zollner/Miller to approve Resolution No. 302-90, recommending to the City Council approval of the site plan design submitted by Everest Development, 4825 Mustang Circle, Planning Case No. • 266-89, and waive the reading . 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried Mr. Harrington advised Gerald Geisinger, at 7555 7 .
