411 PROCEEDINGS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Regular Meeting May 1, 1991 Mounds View City Hall 2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 The Mounds View Planning Commission was called to 1. Call to Order order by Chair Mountin at 7:35 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1, 1991. MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Miller, Peterson, 2 . Roll Call Zollner, Colleen and Chair Mountin. Commissioner Burgers had an excused absence. Commissioner Jones had an unexcused absence. ALSO PRESENT: Planning Technician Harrington and Parks, Recreation & Forestry Director Saarion. Requests and Comments From The Floor Resolution No. 312-91 was reviewed by the Planning 5 . Consideration Commission. It was noted that Sandi Pidel, of Resolution representing the Estate of Arlien Newton, was No. 312-91 present. Planner Harrington stated that this case Regarding was reviewed by the Planning Commission at the last Subdivision agenda meeting. City Engineer Ric Minetor's memo Request by the stating his concerns was discussed. Contingencies Estate of listed were right-of-way, utility easements, and the Arlien Newton, garage being located on the property line. No. 322-91 Pidel was asked what she felt would be appropriate ioand she indicted that dedicating a 15 foot strip to the City for a road easement would be agreeable to her.
