410 MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 314-91 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE REQUEST BY <br /> DAVID BRIDGES, 8032 SUNNYSIDE ROAD, <br /> PLANNING CASE NO. 323-91 <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Bridges has requested a variance to allow <br /> the placement of a garage closer to the property than is allowed <br /> by Municipal code; and <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Bridges is requesting a 3 foot variance <br /> from the setback on the south side of his property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that <br /> the property has a uniqueness, due to mature trees and an <br /> existing driveway, that precludes the applicant from meeting the <br /> required setback; and <br /> WHEREAS, no reasonable alternatives for the location of <br /> • the proposed structure exist; and <br /> WHEREAS, the requested variance is the minimum needed <br /> to alleviate the problem; and <br /> WHEREAS, the granting of the variance will not confer a <br /> privilege to the owner which is not enjoyed by other residents . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission grants a 3 foot variance from the south <br /> property line at 8032 Sunnyside Road for the purpose of <br /> constructing a garage, contingent upon the following: <br /> 1.
