MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 319-91 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE REQUEST BY PASTER ENTERPRISES, <br /> FOR THE ELIMINATION OF REQUIRED PARKING AT <br /> MOUNDS VIEW SQUARE, PLANNING CASE NO. 328-91 <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br /> request by Paster Enterprises to allow the elimination of 26 <br /> required parking spaces at Mounds View Square in order to locate <br /> garbage dumpster enclosures on site; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed and taken <br /> into consideration the applicant's hardship statement as required <br /> for a variance request; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant's hardship is created due to the <br /> City of Mounds View's requirement to enclose all garbage <br /> dumpsters; and <br /> WHEREAS, the request is the minimum needed to alleviate <br /> 411 the hardship; and <br /> WHEREAS, the granting of the variance will not confer <br /> upon the applicant special privileges not enjoyed by other <br /> commercial residents of the City. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning <br /> Commission of the City of Mounds View approves the variance <br /> request to eliminate 26 required parking spaces at Mounds View <br /> Square. <br /> Adopted this 4th day of September, 1991. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ,/ I AL i°,°, <br /> C 'air an <br /> (SEAL) <br /> P anner <br />
