Call To Order <br /> called to order by Chair Mountin at 7:32 <br /> p.m. on Wednesday, December 18, 1991. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Burgers, 2 . Roll Call <br /> Colleen, Miller, Nelson, Peterson, <br /> Stevenson, and Chair Mountin. <br /> Commissioner Jones had an excused <br /> absence. <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Planner Harrington, <br /> Planning Intern Asleson, City Engineer <br /> • Minetor, and Councilmember Blanchard. <br /> Resolution 326-91, approving the dates 3. Consideration <br /> and times of the 1992 Planning of Resolution <br /> Commission meetings, was presented to 326-91, <br /> the Commission. The date of the January Establishing <br /> meeting was changed to Thursday, January Meeting and <br /> 2, 1992 as the regular meeting date Timeline <br /> would have fallen on January 1, a legal Submission <br /> holiday. Dates for 1992 <br /> Motion/Second: Nelson/Burgers to <br /> approve Resolution 326-91 as amended. <br /> 7 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Planner Harrington updated the 4. Staff Report <br /> Commission on the status of Resolution <br /> 320-91, which was tabled at the <br /> September meeting. At the time, the <br /> Commission asked the applicant, Dahl and <br /> Associates, to obtain a survey of the <br /> property to see if a setback variance <br /> would be necessary. The survey was done <br /> 0 and the applicant has indicated that a <br /> variance will not be needed. <br />
