Consideration <br /> Case No. 334-91, application for of Resolution <br /> variance by Sysco Continental Foods of 327-91, <br /> Minnesota, and distributed a copy of Regarding <br /> Resolution No. 327-91. It was noted Variance <br /> that Toby Dunn, Vice President of Request of <br /> Operations at Sysco, was present to Sysco ) <br /> represent the applicant. Continental <br /> Foods of MN, <br /> Planner Harrington explained that the 2400 County <br /> variance was needed to correct a setback Road J <br /> discrepancy which was created by the <br /> City at the time of the platting of the <br /> property. City code requires a 40' <br /> setback from County Road J and Sysco's <br /> current development is set 30 ' from the <br /> road. Planner Harrington also explained <br /> that this variance would allow planned <br /> future development of the property along <br /> 411 the current building line.
