Call To Order <br /> called to order by Chair Mountin at 7: 35 <br /> p.m. on Wednesday, February 5, 1992 . <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Burgers, 2. Roll Call <br /> Colleen, Miller, Nelson, Peterson, <br /> Stevenson, and Chair Mountin. <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Planner Harrington, <br /> Recording Secretary Asleson, and <br /> Councilmember Blanchard. <br /> Planner Harrington stated that Gary 3 . Approval of <br /> Jones had informed the City Council that Minutes: <br /> he did not wish to be reappointed for January 2 , 1992 <br /> another term on the Planning Commission. <br /> Because of this, the line indicating an <br /> 411 unexcused absence for Commissioner Jones <br /> in the meeting minutes of January 2, <br /> 1992 should be stricken. <br /> Motion/Second: Stevenson/Nelson to <br /> approve the minutes of January 2, 1992 <br /> as amended. <br /> 7 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> James Paron, 2288 Highway 10, indicated 4. Resident <br /> that he had concerns regarding the Requests and <br /> proposed parking lot at the property Comments from <br /> next to his home. His primary concern the Floor <br /> was that cars would trespass onto his <br /> adjacent property. Chair Mountin <br /> replied that this case was on the <br /> night's agenda and that his concerns <br /> would be addressed at that time. <br /> Planner Harrington outlined Planning 5. Consideration <br /> Case No. 330-91, development review of Resolution <br /> request of Wolf and Associates. John 328-92 , <br /> Purves, representative of the applicant, Regarding <br /> informed staff earlier in the day that Development <br /> he could not be present at the meeting.
