Mounds View Planning Commission February 5, 1992 Regular Meeting Page 4 Discussion ensued regarding the possibility of prohibiting right turns from the proposed parking lot onto Woodale Drive to prevent an increase in residential traffic. Mr. Nelson stated that most people would probably turn onto Highway 10 anyway and that such a prohibition would just create a policing problem. However, he did leave open the possibility of putting in traffic restrictions in the future if residential traffic becomes a problem. Chair Mountin asked Mr. Paron if he felt comfortable with the grading plan as presented by Mr. Nelson. He indicated that he felt it would be satisfactory.
