Chapter 91 is used for enforce- <br /> ment once the kennel is established. <br /> Chair Mountin suggested that the <br /> • resolution indicate that the applicant <br /> has remedied all past problems and that <br /> no complaints have been received on her <br /> dogs in the past year. She also sug- <br /> gested adding a one year review clause, <br /> such as is done with C.U.P.
