• Mounds View Planning Commission October 1, 1992 <br /> Special Meeting Page 2 <br /> Planner Harrington presented Planning 4. Consideration <br /> Case No. 351-92, a second variance of Resolution <br /> request for oversized signs at Mounds No. 346-92, <br /> View Square. This sign would be located Variance <br /> at Minnesota Fabrics and would be Request of <br /> approximately 161 square feet in area. Paster <br /> Enterprises, <br /> John Streetar and Jim Everson of Paster 2541 Highway 10 <br /> Enterprises were present to represent <br /> this applicant. <br /> Motion/Second: Miller/Colleen to adopt <br /> Resolution No. 346-92, denying the <br /> variance request of Paster Enterprises <br /> at 2541 Highway 10. <br /> 5 ayes 1 nay Motion Carried <br /> Commissioner Ruggles stated that <br /> although the sign exceeds the limits <br /> allowed by code and no hardship exists, <br /> • the request seems reasonable. <br /> Chair Mountin asked that copies of both <br /> resolutions be forwarded to the City <br /> Council prior to approval of these/their <br /> minutes. <br /> There being no further business before 5.
