• Mounds View Planning Commission October 7, 1992 <br /> Regular Meeting Page 2 <br /> Planner Harrington reviewed the case at 5. Consideration <br /> hand, involving a previously approved of Resolution <br /> conditional use permit at 3030 County No. 347-92, <br /> Road J. The approvals for an oversized Regarding <br /> garage and accessory building were given Previously <br /> by the Planning Commission and City Approved <br /> Council in 1991, but the owner, John Conditional Use <br /> Engberg, has not complied with the terms Permit by John <br /> of the Conditional Use Permit which Engberg, 3030 <br /> require the building of interior walls County Road J, <br /> in the attached garage. The resolution Planning Case <br /> at hand recommends that the City Council No. 304-90 <br /> force Mr. Engberg to comply with the <br /> terms of his Conditional Use Permit or <br /> face its revocation. <br /> It was noted that John Engberg was <br /> present and that he had received a copy <br /> of the proposed resolution. <br /> Chair Mountin asked that the dates of <br /> the previous Planning Commission and <br /> City Council Resolutions be included in <br /> Resolution No. 347-92 . <br /> Commissioner Stevenson asked that the <br /> original planning case number be <br /> included as a part of this resolution <br /> for reference purposes. <br /> Chair Mountin requested that the <br /> resolution read that the applicant must <br /> bring his property into conformance with <br /> the terms of the original Conditional <br /> Use Permit within thirty days of City <br /> Council action on the issue. She also <br /> asked that it be stated in the <br /> resolution that the recommendation be <br /> forwarded to the City Council prior to <br /> the adoption of the Planning Commission <br /> minutes. <br /> Motion/Second: Ruggles/Stevenson to <br /> approve Resolution No. 347-92, <br /> recommending that the City Council <br /> require full compliance with the terms <br /> • of the Conditional Use Permit at 3030 <br /> County Road J, as amended above. <br />
