Chair Mountin asked that the dates of the previous Planning Commission and City Council Resolutions be included in Resolution No. 347-92 . Commissioner Stevenson asked that the original planning case number be included as a part of this resolution for reference purposes. Chair Mountin requested that the resolution read that the applicant must bring his property into conformance with the terms of the original Conditional Use Permit within thirty days of City Council action on the issue. She also asked that it be stated in the resolution that the recommendation be forwarded to the City Council prior to the adoption of the Planning Commission minutes. Motion/Second: Ruggles/Stevenson to approve Resolution No. 347-92, recommending that the City Council require full compliance with the terms • of the Conditional Use Permit at 3030 County Road J, as amended above.
