John of Resolution <br /> Engberg, 3030 County Road J, was issued No. 361-93, <br /> two conditional use permits in 1991: Regarding <br /> one to allow a 900 square foot garage Revocation of <br /> and another to allow a 307 foot Conditional Use <br /> accessory building. Mr. Engberg had Permit of John <br /> actually built two garages, but staff Engberg for <br /> worked with him to bring the property oversized <br /> into conformance through the use of the garage at 3030 <br /> two conditional use permits. Over the County Road J, <br /> past year and a half, several violations Planning Case <br /> of the conditional use permit have been No. 304-90 <br /> documented, including the parking of <br /> non-collector vehicles in the accessory <br /> building. The applicant is aware that <br /> he is in violation of the permit and <br /> several administrative offense tickets <br /> have been written. <br /> The resolution at hand recommends the <br /> • revocation of the conditional use <br /> permit. Mr. Engberg and his repre- <br /> sentative were present and were provided <br /> copies of the proposed resolution; <br /> Planner Harrington also read the <br /> resolution out loud and in full before <br /> the Commission. <br /> Commissioner Colleen arrived at 7 :42 <br /> p.m. <br /> Chair Mountin asked Mr. Engberg if he <br /> wished to make a statement to be <br /> incorporated into the minutes. Mr. <br /> Engberg replied that he did not have a <br /> statement. Chair Mountin then asked Mr. <br /> Engberg if he had received a copy of the <br /> proposed resolution; Mr. Engberg <br /> acknowledged that he had received one. <br /> Commissioner Miller asked if Mr. Engberg <br /> was aware of the next steps to be taken <br /> with respect to this case. <br /> Planner Harrington stated that Mr. <br /> Engberg was aware that the City Council <br /> 411 has the ultimate authority in matters of <br />
