• MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 364-93 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING THE <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST BY RON SCHMIDT, <br /> 2806 HIGHWAY 10, PLANNING CASE NO. 365-93 <br /> WHEREAS, Ron Schmidt has requested City approval to <br /> operate a minor auto repair facility at 2806 Highway 10; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Municipal Code allows minor <br /> auto repair facilities in a B-3 , Highway Commercial District; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br /> following documents regarding this proposal: <br /> a) Site plan dated June 4, 1993 <br /> b) Letter of request dated May 28, 1993 <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that <br /> the proposal is in conformance with the requirements of the <br /> Municipal Code, specifically Chapter 40. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission recommends approval of the conditional use <br /> permit with the following conditions: <br /> 1. A storm water control plan and landscape plan <br /> shall be submitted by the applicant and approved <br /> by the appropriate City Staff. <br /> 2 . There shall be no outside loudspeakers at this <br /> facility. <br /> 3 . Only minor repairs and maintenance will be allowed <br /> on site between the hours of 7: 00 a.m. and 9 : 00 <br /> ' p.m. Monday through Saturday and between 11: 00 <br /> a.m. and 5: 00 p.m. Sunday. <br /> 4. No major engine overhauls, transmission <br /> replacement, or body work shall be allowed on the <br /> site. <br /> • <br />
