Call To Order <br /> called to order by Vice-Chair Stevenson <br /> at 7: 36 p.m. on October 6, 1993 . <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Nelson, 2 . Roll Call <br /> Peterson, Miller, and Stevenson. <br /> Commissioners Colleen and Ruggles had <br /> excused absences. <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Acting Planner Asleson <br /> and Councilmember Trude. <br /> Commissioner Peterson questioned the <br /> response to the question of whether a 3 . Approval of <br /> fee would. be charged for dryer service Minutes: <br /> at Brooks' car wash. Acting Planner September 1, <br /> • Asleson clarified that Gateway Foods' 1993 <br /> Conditional Use Permit does not specify <br /> whether or not to charge for the dry; it <br /> only stipulates that the blower be used <br /> for each wash in the winter months. <br /> Motion/Second: Nelson/Miller to approve <br /> the minutes of September 1, 1993 as <br /> presented. <br /> 4 ayes 0 nays <br /> Motion Carried <br /> There were no resident requests or <br /> comments from the floor. 4. Resident <br /> Requests and <br /> Comments <br /> Acting Planner Asleson reported that, <br /> with the resignation of Peg Mountin, a 5. Staff Report <br /> new chair would be appointed by the <br /> Mayor. The Mayor has asked the Comm- <br /> ission to make a recommendation as to <br /> their preference for the position. This <br /> recommendation can be made via motion. <br /> Commissioner Stevenson asked that he not <br /> be considered for the position, as he is <br /> 410 currently serving on both the Planning <br /> and Parks and Recreation Commissions. <br />
