This <br /> should be reviewed by Staff prior to <br /> submission to the City Council. <br /> Planner Harrington replied that drainage <br /> is reviewed only in terms of impervious <br /> surface added. The proposed loading <br /> dock will replace existing impervious <br /> surface. <br /> Mr. Nelson said that Everest will review <br /> the matter for their own benefit. <br /> Chair Peterson asked about the width of <br /> the curb cut opening and its adequacy <br /> for handling semi truck traffic. <br /> Planner Harrington replied that the size <br /> of the curb cut openings have been set <br /> to accommodate truck traffic and the <br /> proposal meets the standards as outlined <br /> in the City Code. <br /> • Motion/Second: Stevenson/Nelson to <br /> approve Resolution No. 371-93 , <br /> recommending approval of the rezoning <br /> request of Everest Development. <br /> 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Motion/Second: Stevenson/Nelson to <br /> approve Resolution No. 372-93, recom- <br /> mending approval of the development <br /> request of Multi-Tech at 2205 Woodale <br /> Drive. <br /> 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Planner Harrington presented Resolution 6. Consideration <br /> No. 373-93 , which establishes an 18 of Resolution <br /> month moratorium on the establishment of No. 373-93 , <br /> new car lots in the City. This Regarding Car <br /> resolution would not affect the Lots Within the <br /> existence or expansion of lots already City <br /> licensed for operation. <br /> Chair Peterson asked if the attorney had <br /> • been consulted on this matter - can the <br /> City legally establish this moratorium? <br />
