MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> • RESOLUTION NO. 377-94 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 401 <br /> OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED, "PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION" <br /> WHEREAS, Section 3 .11 of the Mounds View Charter allows <br /> for the review and update of the Municipal Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is customary for the Planning Commission to <br /> comment on Chapter 401 of the Municipal Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a review <br /> of this chapter. _ <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning <br /> Commission recommends the following changes be made to Chapter <br /> 401 of the Municipal Code: <br /> 401. 02 : MEMBERSHIP; TERMS; OATH; COMPENSATION: <br /> Subd. 1. Membership; Terms: <br /> 411 a. Appointed Members: The Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> shall consist of not less than seven (7) nor more than nine <br /> (9) members from the resident population of Mounds View, <br /> other than persons elected to a public body, to be appointed <br /> by the Mayor with approval of the City Council, from <br /> applications submitted.
