Call To Order <br /> called to order by Chair Peterson at <br /> 7 : 34 p.m. on June 1, 1994 . <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Nelson, 2 . Roll Call <br /> Ruggles, Miller, Stevenson, Johnston and <br /> Chair Peterson were present. <br /> Commissioner Colleen arrived at 7 : 44 <br /> p.m. <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Planner Harrington and <br /> Recording Secretary Benesch were also <br /> present. <br /> Motion/Second: Stevenson/Nelson to 3 . Approval of <br /> approve the minutes of May 4 , 1994,. as Minutes: May <br /> • amended. 4 , 1994 <br /> 6 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> There were no resident requests or 4 . Resident <br /> comments from the floor. Requests and <br /> Comments <br /> The applicant, Mr. Michael Hegland, was 5 . Consideration <br /> present. Planner Harrington reviewed of Resolution <br /> the proposal by Mr. Hegland for a Nos. 385-94 <br /> coni lona use perm_ . 'r. 'eg an. • <br /> originally proposed a variance to allow Conditional Use <br /> an accessory structure in excess of the Permit Request <br /> square footage allowed by Code (528 of Michael <br /> square feet) with the issuance of a Hegland, 7604 <br /> conditional use permit. This proposal Spring Lake <br /> was denied by the Planning Commission at Road, Planning <br /> their May 4th meeting. Mr. Hegland Case No. 385-94 <br /> has now proposed conditional use permit <br /> for a 400 square foot accessory building <br /> which is the maximum allowed by Code <br /> with a conditional use permit. <br /> • Motion/Second: Nelson/Ruggles to <br /> approve Resolution No. 385-94 , <br /> recommending approval of the conditional <br />
