MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 386-94 <br /> . CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE REZONING/DEVELOPMENT <br /> REVIEW REQUEST OF PRIME BUILDERS, PLANNING CASE NO. 383-94 <br /> WHEREAS, Prime Builders has requested City approval for <br /> a Rezoning and Development Review for their proposed 22-unit <br /> Townhome development at 2856 Highway 10; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposal is subject to the requirerients <br /> contained in Titles 1000, 1100 and 1200 of the Mounds View <br /> Municipal Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br /> following documents regarding this development proposal: <br /> 1. Planning Application dated April 29, 1994 <br /> 2. Site Plan dated April 28, 1994 <br /> 3 . Grading and Utility Plan dated April 28, 1994 <br /> 4. Building Elevations and Floor Plans <br /> • WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that <br /> the proposal is in conformance with all applicable requirements <br /> of the Mounds View Municipal Code. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission recommends approval of the Rezoning and <br /> Development Review request of Prime Builders contingent upon the <br /> following: <br /> 1) Storm Water Control Plans are submitted and approved by the <br /> City Consulting Engineer. <br /> 2) The City is provided with a written .statement, signed by <br /> representatives of the Knollwood Green Townhome Association, <br /> allowing the applicant to connect to and utilize the <br /> emergency access on the South end of the Knollwood Green <br /> property. <br />
